Identify Different Operating Systems and Functionality
Welcome to the Identifying different Operating Systems and Functionality Practice Lab. In this module, you will be provided with the instructions and devices needed to develop your hands-on skills.
Various operating systems are available which can be used for different purposes and is dependent on user preference. The most used and well-known operating system is Microsoft Windows, which is incorporated into most companies as a desktop workstation. Other popular operating systems available include Linux-based and MacOS operating systems.
With the evolution of the IT Industry, the need for more mobile devices increased, which led to the development of various mobile operating systems. These include the following, ChromeOS, Android and IOS.
In this module, different operating systems and their functionalities will be explored.
